These terms summarize the public launch scope for Tan Track, a cosmetic tanning-progress app.

Product Scope

Tan Track provides cosmetic tanning-progress analysis based on baseline and current photos. It is not a medical device and does not provide dermatology, UV-safety, or treatment advice.

Photo Processing

The current iOS build runs analysis on device when no Convex endpoint is configured. Future cloud-backed releases will use Tan Track's Convex backend with OpenAI as the configured AI processor. Photos are used only to return the requested cosmetic comparison result.

Subscription Terms

• Tan Track offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium access.
• Subscription options are shown in-app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Restore Purchases is available inside the app.

Acceptable Use

Users must only upload photos they are authorized to use. The app is designed for one-person-in-frame tanning-progress comparison and may reject or downgrade poor-quality photos.

Limits

• Results are cosmetic and informational only.
• No guarantee is made about tanning outcomes, future results, or appearance changes.
• The app should not be used as a substitute for medical or professional advice.
